The Dawn of a New Day
Okay, I went to check out Bally's yesterday and while it's not my choice of gyms, I think I'm going to get a membership anyway including the personal trainer. I called my dad who was out of ideas for me for Christmas and asked him to pony up the enrollment fee and he agreed, so I'm going to enjoy getting fat today and then tomorrow it's the strict gym regiment!

If you lived in Iowa it would be easier for both of us to go to the gym and et back the fabulous bods we once had!And remember...you are invited for Christmas and Christmas Eve if you want, and the day after Christmas...
Ballys is a good gym. I like the two floor layout they use. The only bummer is the hours on the weekend - 8am to 7pm. Membership is pretty cheap year to year, after you pay the huge signup fee that is. About $120/year. I think you will probably like it.
